Perancangan UI/UX pada Website Waroeng Rai Raka untuk Meningkatkan Pengalaman Pengguna

This research aims to design the UI/UX of the Waroeng Rai Raka website and improve the user experience by focusing on user flow, wireframes and UI design. User-centered design (UCD) techniques were applied at each stage of this research to focus on user needs and desires. User flow analysis is performed to map a user's journey on a website and determine the most efficient steps to complete a task such as finding a menu, adding items to a shopping cart, or completing an upcoming transaction. Usability testing involves testing created designs with actual users and providing feedback that is used to iterate and improve. The research results show that this UI design has a good level of identification (4.4), good accessibility (4.1), good features (4.3), and good feasibility (4.45). shows that the Waroeng Rai Raka site is informative and easy to use that user-centered UI/UX design increases user satisfaction and comfort, reducing the time required to complete transactions.
